This July, the Norton Museum of Art invites collectors and creatives to experience fine jewelry from an entirely new perspective with a hands-on workshop inspired by the surrealist genius of Salvador Dalí.
In celebration of its landmark exhibition, Artists Jewelry: From Cubism to Pop, the Norton—together with the esteemed Armory Art Center—will host an intimate workshop where participants craft a one-of-a-kind pendant or charm. The designs draw inspiration from Dalí’s visionary pieces, known for their bold symbolism, playful forms, and imaginative flair.
Led by expert instructors, this three-hour session is tailored for jewelry lovers, art collectors, and anyone with a passion for wearable art. Beyond technique, the experience is a deep dive into the intersection of modern art and artisan craftsmanship.
🎨 Workshop Highlights:
- Create your own custom pendant or charm
- Explore surrealist techniques and materials
- Gain insight into iconic works by Dalí and others
- Private access to inspiration pieces from the museum’s summer exhibition
